Subscription & Billing Policy
This Subscription Policy outlines the terms regarding the pricing, billing, and cancellation of any current or future premium services offered by GymGuide.
1. Current Free Tier
As of the current version, GymGuide is provided as a 100% free application. There are no mandatory subscriptions, hidden fees, or paywalls required to access our core workout generation, meal planning, and exercise library features. We monetize the free tier through standard display advertising.
2. Future Premium Subscriptions (GymGuide Pro)
GymGuide reserves the right to introduce optional, auto-renewable premium subscriptions ("GymGuide Pro") in the future. These premium tiers may offer ad-free experiences, advanced analytics, one-on-one coaching, or other enhanced features.
If such features are introduced, the following standard auto-renewable subscription terms will apply in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
All billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled directly by the respective platform (Apple or Google) where the app was downloaded. GymGuide does not have the ability to process refunds for in-app purchases directly. You must submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem page or the Google Play Help Center.
4. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you or a notification within the app.
